Solid.

I like the idea and the track has the potential of being a superb backing track to some meaningful lyrics. Keep up the work. Nothing really to complain about, it being a backing track I just feel like I can't give it a 10/10 cause their could be more (lyrically) that is not you're fault. You did an amazing mixing job.

thanks a lot man!

Oh Yeaahh

You sir, yes you, take your pants of now we're obviously filming porn. Oh. What is that? Wait I've just been informed by my assistant director that this is just music, and there is no porn going on. Never mind then. "I would like to ask all audience members to please refrain from taking your pants off!" As if they did we'd have lawsuits on our hands.

A superb track, and excellently mixed. Felt like it was of very superior quality. And the bass seems to fit everything quite perfectly.

Greetings fellow Pennsylvanian-ite-person!

Thanks for your kind comments -- I try :P If someone ever actually used this as a backing track in a porno, I think I would feel awesome, then I'd probably cry, and then maybe sue for copyright infringement.

Many thanks!

Well done

It's a well thought out track and has some really nice background feel. I can see it being the intro to a dark flash or something.

Yeahh

The sounds real great, it just doesn't match up really well because of the whole having to slice loops. That sounds difficult to do. The vibe is real nice and the drums are kicking. Keep it up!

Thanks for the review man. Glad you somewhat liked it!

Strolling

I feel like I should be strolling through 50's New York on a dark day and turning heads to this chart. Really nice work! I give it a 5/5 and a 9/10. I wish there was a 4.5/5 button (only for the repetitiveness) which I'm sure you understand.

JackRocker responds:

Thanks for the review. I definitely understand about the repetitiveness. Seems to be a problem with my music. Glad you liked it though!

Sort of generic

After hearing loads and loads of dance/techno music, it's sort of all meshing together for me. A good song, just not great or anything. Keep working on it, I'm not all good or anything but we all strive to be. The filters were cool, nicely executed.

Good, but a bit jumpy?

The beginning built up nicely (Maybe the drums sounds a bit heavy/crackly something about the quality is off) but the transition was weird lacking power. The entire song lacks an epic rememberable moment but that doesn't make the song any less good. Otherwise very nice

Muted316 responds:

Much appreciated I always love a good solid real opinion and I will take what you said into consideration when moving on to my next project, With this being my only second dubstep I hope to move into more sampling and remixes later on after I get a proper feel for it.

Well done

Everything is mixed well, and comes out well. I like when the lead synth calls then the piano answers, it was interesting and I don't hear that often. Some solid chord progressions throughout, but you could change the patterns that lay them down once or twice to accent when the music transitions. Hearing doooooo, dooooo, dooooo, doooooo, the entire time gets a bit repetitive. The bassline can use other notes in the chord as well. It's more... explosive :P

Best Regards,
J'Stanio

Ibinaldo2 responds:

thanks for that insight mate, and yea, i realized that it was sort of repetitive in terms of the doooo doooo sounds lol, could have improved the way i transited to different sections, but oh well. Thanks though

Nice

The panning is well done, and the different variation of the lead then go back to the original with a different bass sound worked well. Tell me though, are the first 6 notes a Bbmaj7 going D, F, A, Bb, A, F... I'm curious cause I'm trying to work on my ear.

J'Stanio
P.S. can't wait to hear the final copy, try to contact me when you are done.

586rick responds:

well there is no Bbmaj7 and no Bb, but for the rest your right.

thanks for the review.
586rick

hmm...

instead of having the wubby bass panned all the way to the left and just sit there, try having it pan between each side with every other wub so the listen hears
Wub
(Wub)
wub
(Wub)
That would sound pretty nice. And keep working on it!

alright, thank you!
